AI Lens (Prime 16HD, 32HD, 64HD) Installation

Prime 16HD

Step 1: Identify the lens marking

• Locate the lens part number: 119-00001
  

Step 2: Correct orientation

• Install the lens so the part number faces toward the button side of the fixture (Prime 16HD picture below).
  

Step 3: Verify installation

• Ensure all lenses are fully seated and evenly aligned before reassembly
   

Hydra 32HD and Hydra 64HD

Step 1: Identify the lens marking

• Locate the part number on the lens: 119-00001 (Hydra 32HD pictured below)
  

Step 2: Correct orientation

• Install the lens so the part number faces inward toward the QCA module (Hydra 32HD pictured below)

• Confirm all lenses are fully seated and evenly aligned before reassembly
