AI Light: Android BLE Connection Troubleshooting
Overview
For Android users on myAI encountering any type of Bluetooth (BLE) disconnected or not detected message, you will need to clear your Bluetooth cache. To do this, follow the steps below.
Steps:
- Open your Device Settings and enable Bluetooth (BLE)
- Select Apps
- Select display system apps (swiping left/right may be needed or try selecting the menu button)
- Select Bluetooth from the list then Storage
- Select Clear Cache
- Once the Cache has been cleared successfully, restart your device to complete the reset
- Power cycle your myAI controlled devices
- Open the myAI app once the device is restarted and log in
