If you're experiencing issues connecting to your new AI Light, you will want to verify the settings below are enabled. The AI Lights are controlled via BLE (Bluetooth) and ensuring BLE is enabled will prevent any further connection issues in the future.
- Open the Settings app on your device, and ensure you have Bluetooth On/Enabled
- Turn Location Settings to On
- Open the myAI app
- Select the "+" and "Nero/AI Light"
- Open the Settings & Privacy app on your IOS Device
- Ensure Location Services are enabled
- Under the Privacy Setting select Bluetooth
- Verify myAI app is selected On
- Open the Settings app
- Select Connection
- Enable Location Settings
- Verify myAI is enabled
