If you're experiencing a connection issue with your AI Light or Nero pump, follow the advanced troubleshooting steps below to resolve the connection issue you're having.
- Unplug your device from power
- Press and hold the reset button
- Reconnect power, continue to hold the reset button until indicator LED flashes red
- Release reset button once indicator flashes red
- Open the myAI app
- Select the "+" button then "AI Light/Nero"
**If the troubleshooting steps above did not resolve the issue please check the following**
- Open Settings & Privacy app
- Set Location Services to Enabled
- Under the Privacy Setting select Bluetooth
- Ensure myAI app is selected (On)
- Open Device Settings
- Select Connection
- Enable "Location Settings" then check to see if myAI is enabled
