AI Light: Error entering serial number?
Overview
If you've purchased a new AI Light and are receiving an error or are unable to enter your complete serial number in myAI, you will need to use the myAI app from your smartphone or tablet. It's important to remember, new AI Lights have a Bluetooth connection and cannot be controlled via the website my.aquaillumination.com from your computer.
To begin controlling your new AI Light, please reference the included setup guide, and download the myAI app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. If you're unable to locate your setup guide, you can view a .pdf version here
