Hydra 32HD: Red/Teal Indicator

Overview

If you happened to receive a new Hydra 32HD that has a red/teal flashing LED indicator, don't panic!  This error code can be easily cleared and simply indicates a component has come loose inside your Hydra 32HD.  We appreciate your concern but can assure you that your AI light does not have a hardware issue, rather a loose electronic component caused during shipment.  

Steps:

1. Disconnect the light from power
2. Loosen all 4 screws from the underside of your light (T15 Torq bit)
3. Carefully remove the plastic Lens Frame
4. Apply gentle pressure between the LED pucks using your hands
5. Check for any other loose power connections
6. Reassemble the light
7. Power the light back on (LED Indicator should now be Blue/Green)
