Nero: Available Modes
Overview
The Nero submersible pump comes with 4 different modes to choose from! These modes are Constant, Random, Pulse & Feed Modes. When programming your Nero pump, you can set multiple modes with a maximum of 30 different points throughout your 24-hour schedule.
Constant mode: allows a set continuous rate of flow.
Random mode: simulates a low or high energy reef, you can manually adjust your Nero's speed percentage to have it run at a lower or higher flow.
Pulse mode: will create a resonant standing wave, this allows you to mimic the waves in a natural reef environment
Feed mode: allows your Nero to slow down to its minimum speed of 1%, this allows you to easier spot feed your corals & allow your fish to easily access food suspended in your aquarium.
