Authentication error

An authentication error indicates an incorrect email address or password. We would recommend verifying that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you are still getting the error you can always select the "?"  next to the password field for myAI. This will allow you to reset your password after verifying your email address. If you are using Mobius you can select the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.
