How many Nero resets are there and how do I perform each?

Answer: 

There are 3 different resets you're able to perform on a Nero controller.  Resetting your Nero controller is not recommended unless you're receiving an error code or are unable to connect with myAI.  Below you will find each available reset and instructions on how to perform.

Soft Reset: The soft reset will power cycle the Nero but not remove any programmed settings.

  Steps:  

1. Unplug Nero controller from power for 30 seconds
2. Plug back into power

Connected Reset: The connected reset power cycles the Nero and clears any programmed settings but retains a connection to myAI.

  Steps:       

1. Unplug Nero controller from power for 30 seconds
2. With power still disconnected, press and hold the controller button
3. Reconnect power, continue holding the controller button 
4. Release the button as soon as indicator begins flashing green

Factory Reset: The factory reset removes all programmed settings and returns the Nero to factory defaults.

  Steps:

1. Unplug Nero controller power for 30 seconds
2. With power still disconnected, press and hold the controller button
3. Reconnect power, continue holding the controller button 
4. Release button once indicator begins flashing red
