If you have an AI Light that is not following the correct schedule or you would like to verify that your AI Light is functioning properly, please follow the steps below to use our new Troubleshooting feature.
- Power on all AI Lights
- Open the myAI app
- Select the Settings tab then Troubleshooting
4. Select the Verify Settings option
5. myAI will now verify your Settings are correct, and automatically correct any issues it may locate
