I have a light I would like to send in for repair.

If you live in the U.S and have an AquaIllumination light that needs repair, please check the following before sending that unit in.


  1. Try connecting that light to a different power supply to isolate the issue
  2. Remove any mounting hardware or hanging kits attached to your light
  3. Please visit: to create an RMA
  4. Complete the RMA form and follow instructions to return your light 


Please keep in mind, this is a totally optional service.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping and may choose your preferred carrier.  We do recommend you choose a shipping method which includes tracking.  Please make sure your light is packaged carefully to avoid shipping damage.
