I bought a used AI-Fi Light and can't add it to myAI

With any AI-Fi light purchased used, it will need to be reset prior to being added to your myAI profile.  An AI-FI device refers to any Prime/Prime HD, Hydra 26HD or Hydra 52HD with a serial number beginning with D897.  To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Hold the reset button on your light until the LED indicator begins flashing red (Release once flashing red & allow up to 2 minutes for reset to complete)
  2. Repeat step 1 for each light purchased used
  3. Now that all lights have been reset, you will want to open your device's WIFI setting and connect to a single AI-Fi network.
  4. Open the myAI app and select the '+" button then "Add AI-Fi Device"
  5. Follow the steps on screen

**If you encounter any errors stating "AI-Fi device being registered to a different account", please email the serial number from that unit(s) to and request they be removed.**
