Any HD device purchased used will need to be removed from the previous owner's myAI account. The seller can remove that device(s) by following the steps below.
- Sign into myAI using the app on your smartphone/tablet
- Remove all devices from your "Device List" (Swipe right to delete)
- Quit the myAI app
- Hold the reset button on your light until the LED indicator begins flashing red
- Repeat step 4 for each light
If you're unable to get in contact with the seller or are receiving an error message stating the "Device is on another account" please email that device's serial number to Service@aquaillumination.com The serial number will begin with D897 and we would be happy to assist you further.
