I have a new WiFi network / router and my HD lights are not connecting?

If you have your HD device(s) connected to your home's WiFi network via a cloud connection, it will need to be reset should you want to connect it to a new network.  To do this, follow the steps below:


  1. Sign into myAI using the app on your smartphone/tablet
  2. Remove all devices from your "Device List" (Swipe to delete)
  3. Quit the myAI app
  4. Hold the reset button on your light until the LED indicator begins flashing red
  5. Repeat step 4 for each light
  6. Open your WiFI setting on your phone/tablet and connect to 1 light's network


Please note, it will take up to 2 minutes for your lights to start hosting their WiFI network again.
