My AI-Fi LED light is asking for a password?

In the myAI app, you have an option to password protect your light's WiFi network.  If you assigned a password by mistake or have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to remove that password. 

  1. Hold the reset button on your light until the LED indicator begins flashing red then quickly release
  2. Repeat step 4 for each light
  3. Now that all lights have been reset, you will want to open your phone/tablet's WiFI setting and connect to 1 light.

 Please note, it will take up to 2 minutes for your lights to start hosting their WiFI network again.  Also, these steps are for AI-FI devices only (Prime/HD, Hydra 26HD & Hydra 52HD)
