In the myAI app, you have an option to password protect your light's WiFi network. If you assigned a password by mistake or have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to remove that password.
- Hold the reset button on your light until the LED indicator begins flashing red then quickly release
- Repeat step 4 for each light
- Now that all lights have been reset, you will want to open your phone/tablet's WiFI setting and connect to 1 light.
Please note, it will take up to 2 minutes for your lights to start hosting their WiFI network again. Also, these steps are for AI-FI devices only (Prime/HD, Hydra 26HD & Hydra 52HD)
